Searing Flames. He's a sonofabitch in HM, at least if you're H.Hing.

I can see where you're coming from, but not sure if it'd work due to no [skill]fire attunement[/skill]. Glowing Gaze is energy management but may not be enough.

It's just that my guild is having a tournament where you have to pick a boss's skillset & scrim against people, and the person with the most wins in the end gets 300 lockpicks.

I'm gonna need to actually kill the other person so not sure that going as a monk will yield the best results.
I wonder who you are :P

Ilsundur, Lord of Fire

This guy is an absolute bitch to kill in HM when all he ever does is reapply burning like every second.

problem is that bosses have advantages that make them good with really bad skills

why not pick something less....broken - like henchmen? or storyline NPC's

oh and and for more annoyance than "wilma" (lol) go for Mungri Magicbox....dam him

If this is to fight someone else and Doppleganger doesn't work, try
http://guildwars.wikia.com/wiki/Murs...ist_%28Boss%29
or more powerful
http://guildwars.wikia.com/wiki/Ssyn_Coiled_Grasp <--- Very large spike damage

Magicbox is tough because he's surrounded by Gardeners most of the time. Willa's alone, and easily the best monk boss in the game, and imo, way harder to kill than Magicbox.

Mr G I can't pick hench/storyline NPC's, it HAS to be bosses as it's part of a competition within my guild.

Anyway, why do people keep suggesting doppleganger? He doesn't have a set skillset, he just uses whatever you use

thats the point im trying to make - bosses skill sets don't work on humans as bosses use different rules

How does that explain why people keep suggesting to use doppleganger? Sorry I'm confused. I can't use doppleganger because he doesn't have a set skillset, he just uses whatever skills YOU use, so I don't understand why people keep suggesting him.
